Its classic cylindrical shape is suited to opening postures, supported backbends, gentle spinal extension, side-lying support, and comfortable body positioning during recovery-focused practice.

The durable cotton cover is soft, breathable, and made for regular use, while the natural roasted buckwheat hull filling provides firm, responsive support that adapts to the body. Unlike traditional fibre-filled bolsters, roasted buckwheat hulls conform to your shape while maintaining their structure over time, helping to prevent flattening and support consistent comfort during longer sessions.

The adjustable filling allows you to customize the bolster’s height, density, and firmness by adding or removing hulls. The concealed zipper layout keeps the design clean and comfortable against the body while giving direct access to the inner fill for simple adjustment.

The removable cotton outer cover allows for easier care between practices. Only the outer cover should be cold machine washed, and the buckwheat hull filling must be removed before washing to protect the natural fill from water damage.

Use the bolster lengthwise beneath the spine for supported chest opening, under the knees during final relaxation to reduce lower back pressure, or beneath the body during gentle stretching and massage positioning. It can also assist Pilates and barre work by supporting spinal mobility, hip opening, hamstring stretching, breathwork, and recovery-focused floor exercises.
