Refunds & Processing Times
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act. For your security and regulatory compliance, refunds cannot be processed via EFT or cash under any circumstances.
Processing times may vary based on your bank and payment provider. Once issued via PayGate, most refunds reflect within 2–5 working days. Please allow the following timelines:

Once a refund has been processed, it cannot be reversed or cancelled.
